Urban Plinth Part II Ground level of the city
***Urban and Architectural Reflections Series

Concept:  Vertical Plinth

*Horizontal Urban Plinths: The appropriation of urban space at ground level, or "street level," has become an accepted aspect of modern urban life. We will employ traditional direction to channel flows into the building.

**A Vertical Hub: Within the building, a network of interconnected microspaces is created to encourage the formation of urban dynamics and experiences that rise from ground level.

***Identity Over Modern Urban Paradigms: There is a commitment to reintroduce social and commercial expressions within the architectural program designed for public space, aiming to enrich the cultural offerings and foster a sense of belonging between the building and its nearby inhabitants.
Formal Determinants (Architectural Object Response, Objective, and Concept Symbiosis):

- Architectural core and compact grouping of uses.
- Recognition of the endogenous axis and its continuity in the building through the INVERTED PLINTH.
- Volumetry allowing for user reception and guidance toward different activities.
